Why do I need a Tractive subscription?
Tractive GPS devices use mobile / cellular networks to send the GPS location of your cat or dog to your smartphone. Tractive covers the cost for data communication and only charges a flat subscription fee. So your dog and cat are safe 24/7 in over 175 countries worldwide.
How it works:
Once you have received your Tractive GPS device, you can choose your subscription plan and activate the device here: www.tractive.com/activate You can choose between BASIC and PREMIUM and your preferred payment interval.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. As you always pay in advance for the subscription period, cancel your subscription before your current plan ends. This way, we will not renew your subscription once your current plan has terminated.
What's Tractive Care?
It lets you claim a free replacement tracker in case yours gets lost, damaged or stolen, and costs a lot less than buying a new one. You can make one claim per subscription period with a monthly or 1 year plan, and two claims with a 2 or 5 year plan.
